Hello, and welcome!
I’m Liz, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a passionate counselor, art therapist, and lover of all things creative! When I’m not helping individuals and couples work through life’s challenges, you can find me playing piano, dancing around the house, or spending time with my husband and son.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth, and sometimes all we need is a little space to express ourselves (preferably with some art supplies involved!). Whether you’re here to work through life transitions, strengthen a relationship, or explore some creative outlets, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My Story
Now, for a little more background: I graduated in 2021 from Caldwell University with a Master’s in Counseling, specializing in Art Therapy. I’m a licensed counselor in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a Board-Certified Art Therapist, and a Licensed Associate Art Therapist in New Jersey. My professional training includes Level 2 Gottman Method certification, with a focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) elements to help couples reconnect and grow. While I have experience working with individuals with substance use diagnoses, I now specialize in couples therapy, using both traditional talk therapy and creative techniques like art therapy when clients are open to it. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as needed to best support my clients' needs.
Let’s work together to create a path that’s uniquely yours. I can't wait to get started!
