Couples Counseling

Couples seek counseling for various reasons, from communication issues to navigating life changes. It provides a safe space to explore challenges and strengthen their bond. Counseling helps couples grow together and gain insights into their relationship. In our sessions I utilize the Gottman Method and aspects of Emotionally Focused Therapy.

New Parent or Post-Baby Couples Counseling

Having a child can be a wonderful experience, but it can also bring added stress and a loss of intimacy to a relationship. Post-baby counseling can provide couples with the necessary tools to maintain a healthy relationship while navigating the challenges of parenthood.

Discernment Counseling

Discernment counseling is a process designed for couples where one partner is uncertain about ending the relationship while the other partner wants to attend couples counseling. This approach provides a space for each partner to be heard, make a genuine effort, and make a decision together.
