About Me.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both PA and NJ,  a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC), and a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC). I’m Level 2 Gottman-trained and integrate art therapy, CBT, and DBT into my work with individuals and couples.

I understand how life transitions, such as becoming a parent, growing a family, or navigating major changes, can feel overwhelming. Supporting people through these moments is my passion, which led me to begin working towards a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). I create a warm, relatable space where clients can express themselves, work through challenges, and strengthen relationships.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me chasing after my two boys, sneaking in a quiet cup of hot chocolate or a sweet treat, or unwinding with my husband while our two cats demand the real attention. I love simple moments—family walks, messy art projects, tap dancing for fun, and playing the piano when I need to reset. These everyday experiences keep me grounded and remind me how important connection, humor, and compassion are, both in my personal life and in the work I do with clients.
