Specialties and Services

As a licensed counselor specializing in couples counseling, I focus on supporting individuals navigating the significant life transitions associated with the perinatal period—be it during pregnancy, the birth of a child, or even in the years that follow. I understand how changes can impact relationships and personal well-being. Incorporating art therapy into my practice, I encourage creative outlets help clients express their emotions and navigate their journeys. I am also Level 2 Gottman trained, which equips me proven strategies to strengthen connections and foster healthy communication in.

When pregnancy, postpartum shifts, or identity changes start piling up, it’s easy to feel lost in the overwhelm. Having a calm, supportive space to process intrusive thoughts, emotional swings, and the mental load of “doing it all” can bring real relief.
Sleepless nights, new roles, and mounting stress can strain even the strongest relationships. Support grounded in Gottman Method tools helps partners break out of reactive cycles, communicate with intention, and feel like a team again—especially during the perinatal transition.
If talk therapy isn’t capturing the full picture, creative approaches can. Art therapy offers a grounded, trauma-informed way to unpack stored tension, birth trauma, anxiety, or mom-guilt when words fall short.
