Are you taking new clients at this time?

Yes! My availability is Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm. I am in-person on Wednesdays at Natick Counseling in Buckingham, PA. I also have virtual availability for those who live in PA and NJ.

What are your fees?

A 55-minute session is $150.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments to support clients who may need financial flexibility.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time I am in network with Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, BCBS, and am a provider for Spring Health. I can provide super bills for those using their Out of Network benefits.

What are the benefits of in=person or virtual therapy?

Both in-person and virtual therapy offer meaningful ways to engage in counseling. In-person sessions provide a dedicated, focused space where you can fully immerse yourself in the work and build a strong therapeutic connection. Virtual sessions offer flexibility and convenience, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home while maintaining consistency in your care. Both formats are effective, and the choice depends on what best fits your lifestyle and needs.

What will the first session look like?

Individual Therapy
In your first session, we focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and begin identifying strategies that can support you moving forward. This session sets the foundation for a collaborative, personalized approach to your growth and well-being.

Couples Therapy
For couples, the first session is typically held together so we can meet both partners, understand the relationship dynamics, and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. After that, each partner completes one individual session, allowing space to share personal concerns privately. We then come back together to clarify goals, review the Gottman Relationship Checkup (completed online beforehand), and begin building a roadmap for strengthening connection and communication.
